Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy at Yarra Valley Support Coordination is aligned with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. According to the NDIS Cancellation Policy, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the agreed service cost in the following situations:

  • If a participant fails to attend a scheduled support session within a reasonable time frame
  • If a participant provides less than seven (7) days’ notice for a cancellation

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these cancellation terms, which help us provide efficient and effective support services to all our participants.
